As a Newborn Care Specialist, Infant Sleep Consultant, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I help new and expecting mommas navigate one of the scariest and most exhausting times in their lives by providing newborn and infant sleep consulting services that are uniquely tailored to meet the needs of moms dealing with prenatal/postpartum anxiety.

I believe that taking care of you and your mental health is not selfish. Being a healthy, rested mom is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child.

I help other sleep-based postpartum caregivers to elevate the level of support they offer to families, equipping them to provide holistic, collaborative care promoting healthy infant development and optimal parental mental health through consultation services,  continuing education, and resources and tools they can use and share with their clients.
